The property should include the standard equipment or options, customarily purchased when new, such as the following items: metal frame (with tires, wheels and axles), engine, transmission, brakes, seating, etc. 

Our valuation considers the property to be sold or purchased "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no freight, shipping or repair costs considered. Back taxes, liens, title encumbrances and any other type of legal ownership issue should be investigated by an industry professional. Title transfers should be handled by someone competent.
